Free Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days - Orders Over £75)

Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders when you spend £75 or more. We aim to get your items to your doorstep within 2 to 4 working days. It's our way of saying thank you for shopping with us and making your online shopping experience even better.

 

Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days - Orders Under £75)

For orders under £75, we offer a convenient standard delivery option for just £4.50. You can expect your items to arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Shop your favourite products without breaking the bank.

 

Next Day Delivery (Order Before 12 PM Monday - Friday)

Need your items in a hurry? No problem! We offer next day delivery for just £6.95. Simply place your order before 12 PM, and we'll make sure your items reach your doorstep the very next working day. Perfect for those last-minute needs or special occasions.

 

LPD Deliveries

For deliveries to certain locations, additional surcharges apply based on parcel size. Small parcels (up to 1.2m in length and under 20kg) incur the following fees: £15 for Scottish Highlands, £35 for Scottish Offshore, and £25 for Northern Ireland.

For large parcels (over 1.2m in length and/or over 20kg), surcharges are £45 for Scottish Highlands, £70 for Scottish Offshore, and £70 for Northern Ireland. If multiple items are delivered to the same address on the same day, the total surcharge is capped at £85.

•  5 Working Days:
Delivery to postcodes: BA, BH, BN, BS, CF, CT, DG, DT, EH, FK, G, GU, HP, LD, ME, ML, NP, NR, PA, PO, RH, SA, SM, SN, SO, SP, SS, SY, TD, TN, TQ.

•  Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the following postcodes:
AB, BT, DD, EX, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PL, TA, TR, TQ, ZE.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We deliver within office hours, Monday - Friday.

Once you have placed your online order, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.

 

WHAT IF I'M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?

We will either leave a card showing options for re-delivery, or we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

 

WILL I BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH UNLOADING?

Our deliveries are usually made by just one person, so for larger items, particularly furniture, you will need to make sure there is someone available to help with unloading. If you are unable to provide help, please call us on 0161 383 6561 or email hello@parlourhome.co.uk so we can make alternative arrangements.
